[WebGL] Build fails with "IL2CPP compile failed" errors
Il2cppcore.dll did not run properly results in failure of WebGL Build
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. File > Build Settings
3. Switch to WebGL Platform
4. Build and Run / Build
Note: Refer attached text file for the complete stack trace
Actual Result:
Build fails due to il2cppcore.dll did not run properly
Expected Result:
WebGL player builds gracefully without any failure
Occurs on:
2019.3.0a6
Working fine on:
2019.3.0a5, 2019.2.0b6
Environment:
Occurs only on Mac (Tested with 10.14)
Works fine on Windows 10

I'm have this same issue and have found no solution. I have tried changing my NDK path to be shorter and have no dashes or dots, tried changing Web 2.0 to 1.0, I tried a script found here https://forum.unity.com/threads/webgl-broken-on-2019-x.753347/
Nothing has worked. All works fine in 2018 but not any of 2019 including the new LTS
