[WebGL][macOS] Build fails when WebGL Platform is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project (with the default 3D template)
2. In the Build Settings, switch to the WebGL Platform
3. Try to make a build
Expected result: No errors are thrown and the building process finishes successfully
Actual result: Errors are thrown and the building process fails
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a8, 2021.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a7, 2021.2.0a10
