1. Open the user's attached project
2. Make a WebGL build and run it
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2

ConcurrentDictionary functionality relies on managed code multithreading, which is currently not fully supported on WebGL platform.
