[WebGL] Audio is different when using GetData and SetData to duplicate the audio between AudioClips

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project “webgl-audio-getdata”
2. Build and Run the project on WebGL
3. Click the “Play” button to play the original AudioClip
4. Click the “Load Audio” button to play the loaded AudioClip

Expected result: The clips sound the same
Actual result: The second clip is slowed down and cut off at the end compared to the first one

Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a13

Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)

Note: Not reproducible in Standalone build

    This is reproduceable for me in 2022.3.16f1
    It seems like the buffer on webgl shrinks everytime the audio clip is played back.
