WebGL app fails to build using WebAssembly option, in development build mode only.
Reproduction Steps:
1- Download and open the reproduction project.
2- From the menubar, click on Portfolio > Build Viewer (Development)
Expected Result: Project builds succesfully.
Observed Result: Build fails.
Reproducible: 5.6.0b5, 5.6.0a6
Not Reproducible: 5.6.0a5, 5.5.0p4
Regression introduced with: 5.6.0a6
Notes:
-Not reproducible when development build setting is disabled. (Corresponds to "Build Viewer (Release)" in menu.)
-Not reproducible when WebAssembly is disabled.
