[WebGL] [Android] [URP] Scene turns black when enabling fullscreen mode on some Android devices
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D URP Unity project
2. Check the “Decompression Fallback“ option in the Project Settings > WebGL > Publishing Settings
3. Build for WebGL platform
4. Deploy a WebGL build on Android device
5. Touch the blue “Full Screen“ button
Expected result: Fullscreen mode is activated and the default Scene is shown
Actual result: Fullscreen mode is activated and the Scene turns black
Reproducible with: 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1
