[WebGL] [Addressables] BundleManager.Status is not updated after loading the bundle when bundle is loaded from cache
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1176258-DigitalTwin.zip")
2. Set target platform to WebGL
3. Build Player Content
4. Make a WebGL build and run it
5. Notice in the browser's console that the bundles are loaded (more information in Edit)
6. Restart the page
7. Notice in the browser's console logs that the bundles are stuck on loading indefinitely
Expected results: Bundles are loaded successfully from the cache after page restart
Actual results: Bundles fail to load from the cache after page restart
Reproducible with: 2019.2.3f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a2
Couldn't test with 2018.4 because of errors in the project after downgrading
Reproducible with package versions: 1.1.5, 1.1.7
