WebGL Player crashes/freezes when "Forward +" Rendering Path and Additional Light Shadows are used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-83380_repro“ project
2. Select File → Build Profiles
3. Make sure Web platform is selected
4. Press Build and Run
Expected result: The Player runs and the browser does not freeze
Actual result: The Player crashes and the browser freezes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Could not find FAV due to a different issue
- Not reproducible on Windows Build
- Not reproducible in the Editor
- Used Chrome
- Could not test with 6000.0.18f1 (did not build)

The other modes also crashed for me though

Forward+ is the root cause for me, as a workaround use WebGPU, Forward or Deferred.

Resolution Note:
This is an issue with Chrome emitting an incorrect shader function for shadow texture sampling. The solution is being worked on by Google at https://issues.angleproject.org/issues/406190894.
