Warning that the RPC Window is disabled in Play Mode has excessive Padding in the Render Pipeline Converter Window when in Play Mode
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new URP Project
- Open the RPC (Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter)
- Enable all Converter checkboxes
- Enter Play Mode
- Observe the Warning at the top of the RPC Window
Actual results: The Warning's bounding box has excessive padding and does not adjust when other elements are in the Window
Expected results: Warning's bounding box conforms to the Warning text's size
Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4
Can't test with versions: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.4f1 (No Warning feature)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
