Warning message is displayed on Content Size Fitter even if Horizontal Layout Group is disabled on parent object
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Default scene
3. Select Panel game object
4. Notice that Horizontal Layout Group component is disabled
5. Select Text game object
6. Notice warning message on Content Size Fitter component
