How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-134977” project
2. In the Assets folder open the “test.uss” file
3. In the External Script Editor press Enter on the keyboard to create a blank line between “opacity” and “scale”
4. Observe the Console

Actual result: Warning “Expected end of value but found ' scale' “ is shown
Expected result: No warnings are shown

Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a2, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.0a1

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (by user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes: File is being parsed correctly, everything works as expected, but every save of the USS file, warning is retriggered
