"WaitForNextFrameUnit can only be triggered in a coroutine" is thrown when using a WaitUntilNextFrame unit as part of a transition

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Walk up to one of the Skeletons
4. Left mouse click at close range to punch them

Expected results: No errors thrown in the Console window
Actual results: "InvalidOperationException: Port 'enter' on 'WaitForNextFrameUnit#48ae0...' can only be triggered in a coroutine." is thrown

Reproducible with: 1.8.0 (2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b7), 1.9.1 (2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a4)
Could not test with: 2021.3.30f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

    With the delivery of our latest release, we are now focusing on investigations and discovery to better determine how UVS needs to evolve to deliver on our broader goals, as well as being the right solution for future production needs.
