[Vulkan] Resizing Game and Scene Views next to each other throw Vulkan Validation Layer Errors
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Editor
2. Make sure you're using Vulkan
3. Dock Scene and Game View side by side in the Editor
4. Resize Scene View window back and forward
5. Observe validation layers thrown (must have them enabled first)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a6
Not reproducible with:
Notes:
- Validation errors do not reproduce when the application is single-threaded
- Only reproduces on Vulkan
