[Vulkan] gfx-test 506 has red regions in it, that do not exist on any other platform
For some reason, there is a red region on the left-most 2 quad sections of gfx-test 506-RTManualGenerateMips.
This red area does not exist on any other platform's version of this image, so I'm guessing that it should not be there.
