[Vulkan][Editor] Crash when switching color space
How to reproduce:
- Open "28649_repro.zip" project using a **debug** build of the Editor
- Switch Graphics API to Vulkan
- Open Project Settings
- in Player settings, Other Settings change the color space using the drop down.
Expected results: Color space changes
Actual results: Editor crashes on `vk::RenderSurface::GetFormat `
Reproducible with: 2020.3, 2021.3, 2022.2, 2023.1, 2023.2
