vSyncCount is ignored on macOS Standalone Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “IN-85661.zip” project
2. Build and Run the project
3. Observe the frame counter in the middle of the screen
Expected result: The frame rate is equal to the refresh rate of the screen
Actual results: The frame rate is 30 frames per second
Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1, 2023.2.11f1, 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.10f1
Reproducible on: macOS 15.0 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: If the Player fails to build, perform a Clean Build by pressing Build → Clean Build… in the Build Settings
