[VS] Folder with name ending in .Xml is added to project's .csproj file as a file
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and project's .csproj file in a text editor
2) Notice there are folders named "MyNamespaceThatHandles.Xml" and "New Folder"
3) In the text editor look at the XML of .csproj - notice there is <Item Group> with
<None Include="Assets\MyNamespaceThatHandles.xml" />
4) Notice there is no mention of "New Folder"
Actual behaviour: Folder ending with .xml is handled as a .xml by VS
Expected: It is handled as a folder and ignored
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b11; 5.3.4p1; 5.2.4f1
