[VR] Toggling off VRSettings.enabled breaks FOV in Standalone player
When VRSettings.enabled is switched from true to false via API in a standalone VR-enabled player, the Field-of-View becomes incorrect for the scene on the computer monitor.
To see the bug build a VR-enabled standalone player that starts with VRSettings.enabled set to true but later toggled VRSettings.enabled to false. When VRSettings.enabled becomes false, the scene on the computer monitor stretches horizontally.
