[VR] 'Run In Background' reverts back to 'false' on Playback
Run In Background in Player Settings reverts back to false every time the scene is played, even though with PlayerSettings.virtualRealitySupported enabled, Application.runInBackground should be forced to true.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the new 'SteamVR Settings' window, select 'Accept All'
3. Play scene
Result: Every time the scene is played, 'Run In Background' is set to false and the 'SteamVR Settings' window recommends to set it to true.
