[VR] physx::shdfnd::Foundation::getReportAllocationNames crash after playing project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "Unity.zip"
2. Make sure Oculus is connected and VR mode is enabled under player settings
3. Open and play scene "Main"
4. Wait 10-20 seconds
Actual result: Unity crashes
Expected: Project continues playing
Tested and reproduced on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.4.1p1, 5.5.0b4
Oculus CV1
Not reproducible with:
Unity 5.3.6p5
