[VR]Global Fog Image Effect is visibly moving up and down when tilting the VR Headset in the right eye
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Make sure VR is enabled
3. Enter Play mode and view through VR device
4. Tilt VR Headset sideways
Result: Global Fog Image effect is moving up and down on the right eye
Reproduced on 5.5.1p4, 5.6.0b8
Unable to test on 5.4 due to lack of required commands
Notes:
-Only reproducible in VR, editor Gamer View looks fine
-Also reproducible on a Standalone build
