-- Split Stereo is the preferred SDK
-- Oculus is the Secondary SDK
2) Enter Playmode
3) Bring the Scene window into focus
4) Click on the Main Camera Object
5) Observe that the Camera preview does not show anything
Expected:

Other notes:
-- Disable VR mode to see the expected results
-- Set Oculus or OpenVR to the preferred SDK and enter player. Observe that the Camera Preview does NOT show anything by following the steps above.
