[VR][Android] Changing the render scale causes the screen to flicker
Device: Samsung Galaxy S8
SDK: Daydream
API: GLES3
Rendering: Multipass
The screen flashes black when switching between render scales
Steps to repro:
1) Build the attached project with the setting specified above
2) Observe the screen flickering
