Volumetric glow vertex shader does not work in D3D, but works in OpenGL
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "VolumetricGlow". It contains cubes with the glow effect on their tops (via the volumetric glow vertex shader)
3. Enter play mode and notice that the glow effect is not like it should be (see screenshot)
If you open the editor with force-opengl you can see the effect like it should be
