Visual studio module installation fails when VS is already installed
How to reproduce:
# Open Unity Hub
# Open Installs tab
# Press the gear button of the selected Unity Editor Version
# Press add modules
# Select Visual Studio module
# Press Install
Reproduced with: 2022.2.0a17, 2022.2.0a10.
Didn't reproduce with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.1.6f1 (You can't select VS module if it is already installed)
Expected result: Visual Studio module shouldn't fail on installation (or shouldn't be provided at all as it is already installed).
Actual result: Visual Studio module fails on installation.
Notes:
The issue is present on Windows 10 and 11, not reproducible on MacOS.
When the Documentation module is selected it also fails along with Visual Studio.
