Visual Studio 2010 opens new instance on every new script
To reproduce:
1) Have Visual Studio 2010 installed
2) Create new project
3) Create 2 new C# scripts
4) Set your script editor to VS2010 in Edit/Preferences/External Tools
5) Open one of the scripts, VS2010 window appears, keep it
6) Open another script, a new VS2010 window appears instead of opening new tab in old instance
