Visual Scripting Graph Variables are sometimes undraggable
*Reproducible on:*
* VS version: 1.7.6, 1.8.0-pre.1
* Unity version: 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
* Platforms: MacOS Monterrey (assume this happens also on Big Sur and Catalina)
*How to reproduce:*
1. Open the user's attached project "Unity VS Audio.zip"
2. Open any Script Graph asset from (Assets > Visual Scripting)
3. Create some Graph Variables in the Blackboard
4. Try to drag a Graph Variable into the graph or change its position in the Blackboard
*Actual result:* Sometimes the Graph Variable is undraggable
*Expected result: *The Graph Variable is draggable instantly
Reproducible with: 1.5.2 (2021.1.6f1), 1.7.6 (2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2), 1.8.0-pre.1 (2022.1.0b2)
Not reproducible with: 1.4.15 (2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1), 1.5.1 (2021.1.0b11)
