Visual Script Graph with non-embed subgraph gets corrupted node links when reopening project after removing Artifacts folder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UVSLoadBug.zip"
2. Open the "BigGraph" asset and note the node links
3. Close the project and delete the Artifacts folder from the Library folder
4. Reopen the project and open the "BigGraph" asset
Expected result: Visual Script Graph asset is reloaded with the correct node links
Actual result: Visual Script Graph asset is reloaded with corrupted node links
Reproducible with: 1.7.6, 1.7.7 (2021.2.0b2, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 1.7.6, 1.7.7 (2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0b1)
Could not test with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1 (Visual Scripting package not available)
Note: Undoing any changes in the Script Graph asset will restore the node links
