Visual Effects Graph gives compilation errors after installation
Repro:
- make a new project
- install Hight definition render pipeline package
- install the Visual Effects Graph package
- notice the compilation error
Library\PackageCache\com.unity.visualeffectgraph@5.2.3-preview\Editor\Expressions\VFXExpressionTransform.cs(64,47): error CS0117: 'VFXExpressionOperation' does not contain a definition for 'InverseTRS'
Could not reproduce with Unity 2018.3.0f2 and VFX Editor version 4.6.0
Reproduced with 2019.1.0a14 and 2019.2.0a1 and VFX Editor 5.2.0, 5.2.1 and 5.2.3

Similar issue with Visual Effect Graph 5.8.2 though its 'Package' that could not be found in the namespace.
