[Visual Effect Graph] Tabs under menubar are overlapping with the title of the window while resizing
On resizing a window its title is overlapping with the tabs which are situated just under the Graph title, refer attached screenshot
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Windows > Package Manager > Visual Effects Graph > Install
3. Project > right-click > Visual Effects > Visual Effects Graph
4. Project > New VFX > Open
5. Resize the "New VFX" graph window to the minimum
Actual Result:
Menu gets overlap
Expected Result:
Menu doesn't get overlaps

Working fine on:

NOTE:
