[VR] Visual Effect Graph effects only render in one eye when using Single Pass Instanced rendering
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "GPUParticles.zip" project
2. Build for Magic Leap Lumin
3. Launch Build
Actual Result: Visual Effect Graph effects only render in one eye
