Visual Effect Graph Collision is not visible in the Game view when DLSS is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Bug
3. Observe the particles interacting with the Sphere in the Scene view (while the Game view is not visible)
4. Observe the particles interacting with the Sphere in the Game view (while the Scene view is not visible)
Expected result: in both the Scene and Game views, the particles collide with the Sphere and burst
Actual result: in the Game view, the particles pass through the Sphere without colliding
Reproducible with: 12.1.6, (2021.2.17f1), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b14), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a9)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.37f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.32f1) (display breaks after downgrading)
Notes: when both the Scene and Game view are visible (2 by 3 layout), collision doesn't occur in either view
