VirutalCamera moves on the Z-axis in the Editor when it is using a Framing Transposer with an Empty TargetGroup
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1217306"
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Resize the Scene view
4. Observe the position of the Virtual Camera
Expected result: Camera does not move
Actual result: Camera moves on the Z-axis
Reproducible with: 2018.4.17f1, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a22
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1(No Package Manager)
Reproducible with package versions: 2.2.8, 2.5.0
Not reproducible with package versions: 2.2.0, 2.2.7
Notes:
1. The virtual camera seems to move on every editor window update
2. Also reproducible when entering Play mode
