[VideoPlayer] VP8 videos stop looping after looping it for two times on Google Galaxy Nexus
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run "RenderTexture" scene on device
3. Make sure that VP8 video is playing
3. Let it loop
Result: after playing normally once, video gets stuck and only audio is playing. After second time video completely stops looping

Reproducible: 2017.2.0a1
It is not a regression, because in Unity 2017.1.0b5 video performance on this device is even worse (all VP8 videos are very choppy. It is looping, but very badly)
