VideoPlayer stops playing video after setting VideoPlayer.time
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "something_2D.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Watch video
Expected result: video keeps playing after setting VideoPlayer.time
Actual result: video stops playing after setting VideoPlayer.time (VideoPlayer.Play() doesn't continue playing the video)
