VideoPlayer leaks memory when in Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "project-1168659.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Open the Profiler window and click on the "Memory" section
4. Observe "Total System Memory Usage:" in the Profiler window
Expected result: memory usage does not increase over time
Actual result: memory usage increases gradually over time
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.4f1, 2019.1.10f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a9

Tested with 2019.2.4f1 and 2019.3.0 using the exact same code
No problem so far with 2019.2.4f1
Serious memory leak issue with 2019.3.0 -

I retract my last statement. The bug is also present in 2018.3.6f1.
