VideoPlayer is unable to display .mp4 files streamed from an URL properly on Windows
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "cinema" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press space to play the video
Expected: the video is downloaded and played
Actual: ^the above happens, but the video is distorted
This does not happen if you load a video from your PC.
Also, this happens both in Standalone version and the Editor.
Not reproducible on OS X
