[VideoPlayer] H264 videos are lagging and spams VideoPlayback audio buffer overflow error on Samsung S4
All H264 videos performance is very bad, videos are laggy. Better quality videos don't play.
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run on android device
3. Video should play on awake
Result: Video is lagging and "VideoPlayback audio buffer overflow. 2048 sample frames discarded." error is spammed

Lg l90, Unity the same version. Android 4.4 kitkat. Lagging when playing video.
