[VideoPlayer] H264 low resolution 144p video and audio are out of sync on Nvidia Shield Tablet
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run project on device
3. H264 144p video will strat playing
Result: Video and audio are unsynchronized

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
I'm testing on 2017.4 (and later) on some of the common Android phones and I'm not seeing an issue, so I'm not sure what we can really do here.
