[Video] Transcoding some video clips to H265 bloats the file size almost 10 times
1. Import the attached BigBuckBunny_2000hevc.mp4 file
2. Transcode it to H265
Note that the inital file size of 2.4 MB bloats up to 29.6 MB. This is happening only with some video clips and not all.
