Video stops playing in the Editor when Editor is moved
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "something_2D.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Start dragging Unity Editor program window (for atleast 0.5 - 1 seconds)
Expected result: video keeps playing after Unity Editor application window is moved
Actual result: video stops playing (doesn't reproduce if you drag Editor window for a very short time)
Reproducible with 5.6.0b3 on Windows machine
