Video Player on Android plays rotated 3gp videos incorrectly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "NativeCameraAsset.zip"
2. Build for android
3. Press 0 or 180 and see that the video plays normal
4. Pressing 90 or 270 and see the video broken on the cube
Expected: The video plays normal on any rotation
Actual: 90 or 270 rotation video seems to glitch out and seems like it's playing but at a very large scale
Reproduced on: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1p4, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a5
