Video Player audio keeps playing after disabling Track flag during play mode in the inspector
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode
3. Uncheck the Track 0 bool on the Video Player
Expected result: audio stops playing
Actual result: audio continues playing
Reproduced on 5.6.4p1, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.1.0a1
