Video is not fitted into the screen vertically when Aspect Ratio "Fit Vertically" or "Fit Inside" is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("AspectBug")
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the video is vertically fitted to the screen
Actual result: the video is not vertically fitted to the screen
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.0a9
