Video framerate is not restored when trying to raise it after lowering it to 10 FPS
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the “user’s attached project”
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. Select the “Canvas/Video Player” GameObject through the Hierarchy
4. Under the VideoPlayer component, set the URL path with “Browse…” to “Assets/StreamingAssets/mov_title”
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Lower the framerate to 10 using the “-” button on your keyboard
7. Increase the framerate using the “+” button on your keyboard
Actual Result: The video's framerate is not being restored following the app framerate
Expected Result: The video's framerate is being restored following the app framerate
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: macOS 15.7.2 (M1 Max)
