[VFXG] Not all instances are fully rendered of immortal strips when instancing is enabled
How to reproduce:
# Import the attached package
# Open Scene
# Observe that all instances of VFX look the same
# Enable instancing in VFX Graph Asset Inspector
Actual result: Not all vfx instances are fully rendered (missing particles)
Reproducible with: 6000.0.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.39f1
