[VFX] No templates available in Default VFX Graph Templates window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create project using High Definition 3D Template
2. Right-click in the Project window and navigate Create > Visual Effects and press Visual Effects Graph
3. Observe the Default VFX Graph Templates window
Actual results: Default VFX Graph Templates window only has “Empty VFX” Template
Expected results: Default VFX Graph Templates window has multiple templates “Minimal System”, “Simple Loop”, “Simple Burst”, etc.
Reproducible with versions: 17.0.3 (6000.0.2f1, 6000.0.3f1, 6000.0.4f1)
Not reproducible with versions: 17.0.3 (6000.0.1f1)
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro, 2021. Sonoma 14.4.1 (M1)
Notes: Issue is not reproducible while using Universal 3D Template
