[VFX] "Having more than on VFXResources " error is thrown when Visual Effects Defaults preset is selected in the Project window

On selecting "Visual Effects Defaults" preset in the Project window causes the Editor to throw "Having more than on VFXResources in you project is unsupported" error, Refer attached video.
Error:
Having more than on VFXResources in you project is unsupported

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Project window > Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effects Defaults
3. Create a preset of "Visual Effects Defaults"
4. Project window > VFXResources preset > Select

Actual Result:
"Having more than on VFXResources" error is thrown on selecting VFXResources preset in the Project window

Expected Result:
No errors in the console.

Note: "Visual Effects Defaults" is introduced in the VFX package 8.1.0

Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a20, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.1.1f1 with Package version 10.0.0-preview.27, 9.0.0-preview.33, 8.2.0, 8.1.0

Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10 & Mac 10.15.

    Preset option will be disabled on all the VFX element.
