VFX Graph loses track of mouse pointer and opens node selection menu in the top left corner of the screen
To reproduce:
1. Open Visual Effects Graph;
2. Attempt to add a new node by using mouseover + space
Expected result: node selection menu appears in the position of the mouse;
Actual result: sometimes node selection menu appears in the top left corner of the screen
Reproduced with: 7.5.1 (2019.4.10f1), 10.0.0-preview.26 (2020.2.0b5)
