To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Scene1
3. Select Cloth object
4. Disable Cloth component
5. Enable Cloth component
6. Notice the normal seam
Reproducible: 5.4.0b20, 5.3.5p2, 5.2.5f1, 5.1.4f1
